About A Peaceful Mind Studio

A Peaceful Mind Studio is a botanical wellbeing brand inspired by slow living, ritual, and the quiet rhythm of the greenhouse.

It began, not as a business idea, but as something personal I needed.

Where it started

It's taken me years to look back clearly at what I experienced after having my child. I never felt “depressed,” so I didn't recognise it as postnatal depression. Looking back, it was anxiety, and it lived quietly in the background, shaping my thoughts and my days.

What helped wasn't one big change. It was small, steady anchors. A cup of tea. A few minutes of quiet. A breath I could actually feel.

And scent.

Essential oils became part of my daily ritual when my mind felt loud. They gave me a way to return to the present moment, to soften the edges of a difficult day, and to begin again.

A Peaceful Mind began there.

How it's grown

Two years ago I launched A Peaceful Mind. Recently, after moving house, something has come together in a way I can finally explain.

With open space, land, chickens, bees, and a greenhouse, the story has found its home. The calm I once needed to search for is now something I can grow, tend, and live alongside, season by season.

This isn't a change in direction. It's the same message, rooted deeper.

What we make (and why)

Everything I create is designed to support a quieter rhythm of living. Purposeful blends. Simple rituals. Products that help your home feel emotionally calm, not just beautifully scented.

Scent can mark the beginning of the day, the end of it, or the moment you need to come back to yourself. My hope is that A Peaceful Mind becomes a gentle, recurring presence in your life, something you reach for when you want to feel grounded, steady, and held.

Welcome in

If you're drawn to slow mornings, soft light, natural materials, and living in step with the seasons, you're in the right place. I'm so glad you're here.
