All of our products are made using pure essential oils and natural ingredients. Our candles use a natural wax blend, and every formula is vegan and cruelty-free. We never use synthetic fragrances, parabens, or artificial colours.

Our body care range — hand cream, body oil, and bath salts — is formulated with gentle, natural ingredients. However, as we use pure essential oils, we always recommend checking the ingredient list if you have specific sensitivities or allergies.

We have nine signature blends across two collections. The Greenhouse Collection includes Greenhouse Morning (clean, green, and quietly uplifting), Quiet Bloom (delicate, calming, and quietly comforting), and Warm Earth (grounding, warm, and quietly comforting). The Anchor Collection includes Calm (softens the noise and returns you to stillness), Rest (helps you set down what you’ve been carrying), Awaken (a gentle, unhurried way to begin), Focus (clears the mind and steadies your attention), Protect (helps you feel grounded, held, and safe), and Inspire (opens something up, quietly). Each blend is available across our full product range.

Our Signature Candle offers approximately 40–50 hours of burn time, and our Travel Candle offers approximately 30–40 hours. We recommend burning for no more than 3–4 hours at a time and trimming the wick before each use for the best experience.

Yes! We offer refill kits for both our candles and reed diffusers. It's better for the environment and means you can keep enjoying your favourite scent without replacing the vessel.

Yes, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

We're so sorry if that happens. Please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's been completed.

We keep minimums low and flexible, designed for independent retailers. Full details are shared with approved wholesale partners in our catalogue.
