All orders are carefully wrapped and dispatched within 2–3 working days. We take time with each parcel to make sure it arrives exactly as it should — gently packed and ready to be enjoyed.
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation by email once your order is on its way. For wholesale orders, please allow additional time for processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns window: 14 days from delivery
Condition: Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Refund: Processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the return
Due to the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
